Today’s the day the A to Z blogging challenge starts. As discussed in the post here, although I intend to blog 26 times this month – OK, I at least hope to try! – I want to reassure any regular readers of the blog that it will still keep the same tone it is already running in. You know, I have no idea what that tone is, but I wanted to say that I won’t be going off on a tangent and posting about golf just because I need a topic for the letter G.
I have no idea why I signed up to this challenge other than I’m really enjoying blogging at the minute and having done the challenge, or attempted it, for the past two years, I thought I’d give it another bash and try to complete it this year.
For anyone who doesn’t yet know what the challenge is about, you can find all rules and the sign up page here, but I think it pretty much does what it says on the tin.
I’m looking forward to finding some new blogs during April and I hope I don’t bore anyone away with blog overload.
I also want to say a huge thank you to the A to Z challenge setter upper-er, Arlee Bird. This challenge has grown and grown over the past three years. Even if you’re not doing the challenge, why not pop by and say hello to him here.
Are you doing the challenge? Do you think you’ll complete it? Will you stick with me while I complete it?! I do hope so!
Have a great April, challenge or not.

Thanks for stopping by Tales of a Pee Dee Mama
There were several letters that I’ve struggled to come up with. For G, though, I’m going with “games”. Can’t wait to see what you come up with.

I have a book coming out so I’ll be chatting about that for the challenge. I’d planned to have lots of posts written in advance, but as it is I only have posts scheduled up to Wednesday.

Reblogged this on Nancy H. Doyle and commented:
Here we go into the challenge. I signed up because I just finished a novel, I’m submitting to agents, and I’m burned out. The challenge seems like a good way to write daily and, maybe, sneak up on my muse.

Best of luck with the challenge. I haven’t had internet for most of the last two weeks, so it’s been a bigger challenge than in the past years, but I predict we will both survive (and finish)!
