There’s all sorts of research that links mind and body, Rebecca. Movement and a change of scenery can do wonders for sparking the imagination, can’t they? And exercise – like walking – contributes a lot to mental health, too.
Yes! I love walking with my dogs, though my health prevents this a lot nowadays and my family do this task. But yes, walking is incredibly good for our mental health.
