There’s a massive secret about how to be happy and I’ve cracked it. But, out of the goodness of my heart, I’m going to share it with you. Just don’t tell anyone else. We can’t have everyone being happy now can we?
So here we go, How to be happy in 5 easy steps.
1. Drink tea.
2. Eat chocolate.
3. Do that thing you really want to do.
4. Love hard.
5. Stop and read a book.

Well I’ve got 3 out of 5 – tea, chocolate and books. Now I just have to ignore everyone else and go about putting steps 3 and 4 fully in to operation

Love this! I’ll try very hard to adhere to each step. It’ll be tough, I won’t lie, but I’m sure it’ll be worth it in the end 😉 x

If I can swap out the tea for an energy drink, then I’m happy! Oh, and maybe Hot Tamales instead.

LOL I like how much emphasis you put on eat chocolate. I agree with number 1 too. =D

Sounds fantastic – I’ve been doing a lot of the reading books (and probably a bit too much of the chocolate eating one) recently and have been loving it.

Love it!
Done the first 3 already and it’s not 8am.
Really struggle with 4 I’m afraid.. pretty useless actually to the point that maybe that gene was omitted from me! Mind you, you do use the word hard.. I do find love hard work.. too much baggage..
5 I can do at the drop of a hat..
