I’ve had a long tiring week, so haven’t really got a blog post prepared for today but a thought did come to me while tweeting this morning. According to some Christian leader in the United States, the world was supposed to end today. The given time for this world ending event called Rapture has now passed. My thought though, is this;
If you had one regret of something you didn’t do in life at this exact moment in time, what would it be? And why haven’t you done or started it?

I have a great hubby, three great kids. . . what could there be to regret? Good post – nice to be reminded of how lucky we all are now and again.

You know that saying, 'Regret the things you didn't do, not the things you did'? Well, that's not me. I cannot think of a single thing I regret not doing.Things I did that I regret? Now THAT is a whole other story… 🙂
K.C. Woolf says
I wouldn't have many regrets about things I didn't do, but it'd be a damn shame if the world would end right now, when so much in my life is going well. Thanks for the question!

You know, I actually don't think I regret anything much in my life. Even things I kind of wish I hadn't done have shaped me and shaped my life to be what it is now. And life is good now so…Good question, though! What about you?
Writer Pat Newcombe says
As Edith Piaf used to sing… No regrets!
Ellie says
Gosh. Thought-provoking questions. My one regret would be not starting my writing at an earlier age. But I am doing it now!Ellie Garratt
Talli Roland says
Um… have another glass of wine! :)Yes. I should have had that wine…
Susan Fields says
I really can't think of anything. I'd love to be published, but I really feel I'm doing all I can to make that happen, so I don't regret not trying (even if I haven't been successful yet.) Great question!

Great question! I'd regret that I didn't start writing sooner, I already regret that now. But I'm glad the world didn't end, as I finally feel like I'm on the right path now!Hope this week is less tiring for you!

Lindsay – No regrets is great. Family is so important. Anything else you want to do?Sarah – That's great. I'm trying to make sure I do everything I want to which is why I started writing last year. I'm not even going to look back at the things I regret doing! K.C – It's great to read things are going so well, and long may they continue to :)Clare – Is there anything you want to do but haven't done anything about yet? Me? I'm trying to do the things I would look back and wish I had. I'm writing, I started a degree, I have my kids. I do also have a pretty big bucket list to work through as well :)Pat – It's a great life if you can say that :)Ellie – Same for me, but as you say, we are doing it now!Talli – Enjoy that wine!Susan – You're trying for your dream and that is what's important. I wish you lots of luck with it and hope to see you there one day :)Julie – Thank you. I think I'm just going to have to get used to this tiredness, but I'm still going to be writing. Like you, I wish I'd started sooner, but we're doing it now!

I don't think I'd regret too much, but I think I'd feel a little down over not yet visiting some places I'd like to see. I haven't done it yet because of the expense.
Rebecca Bradley says
Ranae – I have a huge bucket list. Places I want to see and things I want to do. I'm hoping I still have lots of time to attempt to do a few of them, but like you, financing some of my dreams is an issue. Luckily with writing it's something I can do for free.
